These regulations outline the terms and conditions for booking and renting apartments through www.hurghadaapartment.com.
There are no age restrictions for check-in.
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit of the total rental cost must be paid.
Reservations can be made online or by phone.
The remaining 70% of the total amount must be paid no later than 30 days before check-in. The contract is considered valid once the payment is received.
For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required immediately to finalize the reservation.
If the deposit is not received within 3 days of booking, Hurghada Apartment reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the apartment to another guest.
A refundable security deposit of €150 is required at check-in.
If you need to cancel your reservation, a refund will be processed based on the following conditions:
Refunds are processed after receiving a written cancellation request with bank details for the transfer.
Check-in is available from 15:00. Early check-in may be arranged if the apartment is ready.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 on the departure day.
Late check-in between 22:00 and 07:00 incurs a €20 surcharge, payable upon arrival.
Early check-out before 07:00 incurs a €20 surcharge, payable upon departure.
Guests must inform us via email or phone about their estimated arrival time at least 48 hours before check-in.
Key handover takes place at the apartment.
The number of guests must not exceed the number declared during booking.
Guests must take care of the apartment and report any damages immediately.
Any damages caused must be fully compensated by the guest.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed on balconies, terraces, and outdoor areas. A €150 fine applies for smoking violations inside the apartment.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Guests must turn off air conditioning, electrical appliances, and water, and securely close doors and windows before leaving the apartment.
Removing items such as towels, blankets, furniture, or appliances from the apartment is not allowed.
Guests must maintain order and respect the quiet hours from 24:00 to 07:00.
Upon departure, guests must leave dishes washed, empty the refrigerator, and dispose of trash. These tasks are not included in the final cleaning.
A lost key replacement fee of €50 applies.
Guests must allow the designated staff to check the apartment’s condition before departure.
Hurghada Apartment is not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings.
Hurghada Apartment is not liable for inconveniences beyond our control, such as construction work, noise, or temporary interruptions in utility services.
Our staff will not enter the rented apartment without guest permission, except in emergencies or if regulations are violated.
The use of external electrical or gas-powered appliances that may pose a fire risk (e.g., electric heaters, gas stoves) is strictly prohibited.
