Terms and Conditions – Hurghada Apartment

1. General Terms

By making a reservation through www.hurghadaapartment.com, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The apartments are available for short-term rental and are intended for leisure and personal use only.

The rental agreement is concluded between the guest and Hurghada Apartment once payment is received.

The property owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

If a booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods listed on our website.

Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

3. Security Deposit and Fees

A refundable security deposit of €150 is required upon check-in.

Any damages or missing items will be deducted from this deposit.

Late check-in (22:00 – 07:00) and early check-out (before 07:00) will incur a €20 surcharge.

A lost key fee of €50 applies if keys are misplaced.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email.

Refund policy based on cancellation timing:

• More than 61 days before check-in – Full refund
• 60 to 31 days before check-in – 80% refund
• 30 days or less before check-in – No refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving a cancellation request.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the apartment, its furnishings, and communal areas.

The number of guests cannot exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation.

Parties, loud music, and events are strictly prohibited.

Smoking is only permitted on balconies or outdoor areas. A fine of €150 applies for smoking inside the apartment.

Guests must ensure that air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances are switched off when leaving the apartment.

The apartment should be left in a tidy condition upon departure.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

Hurghada Apartment is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during your stay.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal items.

Any unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, water supply interruptions, or noise disturbances from external sources are beyond our control.

In the event of non-compliance with these terms, Hurghada Apartment reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without a refund.

7. Force Majeure

Hurghada Apartment shall not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
